1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeeProfile website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Nature of the Services
The assessments, reports, and other content provided through the Services are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and are not a diagnostic tool. If you have concerns about your mental health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Accounts and Access
Certain features require the creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Purchases, Trials, and Subscriptions
Some Services are offered on a paid basis, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. Where a trial period is offered, the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Recurring subscription fees are billed at the interval disclosed at the time of purchase until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Cancel Subscription page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; amounts already charged are governed by our refund policy below.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on initial purchases. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Renewal charges may be refundable where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Services — including assessments, reports, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the operation of the Services, scraping or harvesting data, reverse engineering any part of the platform, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
